Is Loopy free?

Loopy is free to download and includes the beginner lessons and the row counter. An optional subscription unlocks the full pattern library. You can use the app without subscribing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're cancelled in iOS rather than in the app: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Loopy → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

I paid but the app still says I'm not subscribed.

Open Loopy, go to the Me tab and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought the subscription with. If it still doesn't come back, email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we'll do what we can to help.

I'm left-handed. Are the videos usable?

Yes. The beginner lessons are filmed both left- and right-handed, and you can switch between them.

Can I use a pattern I bought somewhere else?

Yes — you can track patterns from sources like Ravelry or Etsy in Loopy alongside the built-in ones.

Can I suggest a pattern or a feature?

Please do. A lot of what's in the app came from user requests. Send them to [email protected].
